Return and Exchange procedure

  1. Filling the Refund and Exchange Application Form, and sending it to us.

  2. We will give reply in two days.

  3. Clients will receive the feedback form.

There are three situations might in:

Quality Problem (The products are fail to use) :

Only the problematic products are supposed to be exchange.

Required information:

Refund and Exchange Form, Problem description (Pictures and videos)


Packing Problem:

Taking a photo when you receiving.

If the products have problem, you can apply for return or exchange.


Receiving wrong products for your order mistake:

Connect to us at first time.

Then we deal with the it.
