Semiconductor single crystals

Single Crystal Semiconductor single crystals (such as germanium, silicon), ⅱ-ⅵ semiconductor single crystals, III-v semiconductor crystals and diamonds. The Crystal of diamond is the spectrum through the band's longest, extending to the far-infrared region, and has a high melting point, high hardness, excellent physical properties and chemical stability. Semiconductor crystal can be used as infrared window material, infrared filters, and other optical components.
